If you are ordering a Ready To Ship set, simply choose which set from that catagory you would like to purchase and order it! no need to purchase a sizing kit.

If you wish to purchase a custom design please purchase a sizing kit first. After you have recieved it, go to www.clawedbycat.com choose the design you would like to have then add it to your cart. 

At checkout scroll down and enter in the sizes for your left and right hand in the "instructions" box then done!

•    Do I have to keep buying sizing kits?

No :) once you have bought a sizing kit of a particular shape and length you do not have to keep buying the same one! Your sizes will be kept on record!

  • How do I apply my press-ons? 

Everything you need will be provided in your nail package. All sets include nails + Nail file + nail glue + Alcohol Pads + cuticle pushers + instructions on application/removalNail + Nail tabs. You can also purchase a new Nail Prep Kit & other supplies if you run out by viewing the “Accessories” tab.

• How long do they last once applied? 

    Nail Tabs: When correctly applied nail tabs for your press-ons can last 1-2 days. 

    Nail Glue: When using nail glue, if correctly applied your press-ons can last up to 2-3 weeks.     

**When applied correctly, your press-ons can last their entire duration. The length of time varies by each individual based on your lifestyle & the adhesive method you choose.**

• Are these nails strong?

Yes! These nails are created with many gel polish layers which insures the press on nail will be strong

 • How do I know what size to order?

        You can order a Sizing Kit. The most precise measurements will come from ordering a Sizing Kit.
 If you do not wish to order a sizing kit you can also size your own nails with a measuring tape and follow the sizing chart located on the "Sizing" page.

**Please be sure to size your nails accurately as Clawed By Cat will not be held responsible if you order an incorrect size. It is HIGHLY RECOMMEND  that you use a sizing kit for a MORE ACCURATE FIT if you have any questions about sizing please be sure to email me

•  Are my press-ons reusable?

With the use of nail tabs they are. If you use nail glue they are still reusable, though you may get a limited amount of usuage compared to using nail tabs. I recommend investing in an inexpensive e-file to remove any glue that builds up behind the nails so you can get multiple uses from them. Be sure to care for your nails & store them in the package provided after each use.

•  Can I alter the appearance of my nails myself?

 It is NOT recommended you do this with the made to order sets, although it is possible. Some sets that are customizable will be labeled as such, although changing their appearance yourself is at your own risk. 

  • What if I receive my nails & they do not fit me?

Clawed By Cat will NOT be held responsible if you order an incorrect size. Due to the custom nature of the product, all sales are final.

We have a sizing chart on our website & our Sizing Kit is also available for purchase if you would like to get a precise measurement (highly recommended) via the “Accessories” tab on the "Collections" Page.

• Do you offer Custom Sets?

 we do offer custom sets! If you have a concept in mind, fill out the Contact form so we can discuss ideas. A quote will be provided once we agree on the design. If presented, work from other nail artists may not be precisely recreated but will instead be altered to fit the style of Clawed by Cat*

**Please be advised that not all ideas you present will fit my design style. I may decline if it is not a style that matches my brand**

RETURN POLICY

    •    Final sale. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS (after 24 hours) OR EXCHANGES will be accepted due to the nature of the product. No changes will be made to your order details after 24hrs. If for some reason your products arrive in a deffective or damaged state. Please email [email protected] & include your name/order number/photo of the damaged product as soon as you receive. (No later than 24 hours)

Clawed by Cat is not responsible for any wear and tear damages that occur when wearing nails. We ensure they are the best quality before shipping out. Please wear with care.

SHIPPING

•Domestic Shipping: most sets are made to order. Current turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks (order production). Depending on order volume, this turnaround time can be sooner or later. This may be due to orders containing multiple sets, which take more time to complete. Shipping is a seperate 2-5 days domestic. In the event I am delayed with completing your order in a timely fashion, you will be notified. These nails take time, patience is greatly appreciated!

International Shipping: 7-21 business days 

Rush Shipping: Please email prior to placing an order for Rush Shipping info & availability

Returned - Insufficient Address or Unclaimed Package: Please contact us to be sure we have received the item, then pay the Re-Shipping fee & we can have your item sent back out to you.
